Samantha has been a God-send to our whole family, and of course for Darlene, our special one. Three years ago, I was so touched that even before I engaged her services, she gave me precious, professional, and helpful advice just over the phone, as to what help would be suitable for Darlene (we had just returned from overseas and needed information on what therapy services might be suitable and available).
She has always come across as someone who is so interested in my child, as well as to help her. Having special ones of her own, I have found her to be exceptionally understanding and empathetic with the parents, yet able to offer realistic and helpful advice for the day to day parenting issues we face with our child.
In my interactions with her, I have found that she has such a joy and passion for special needs children, and she really lives and breathes this passion. Because of her, I’d like to think that I too have been influenced by her positivity and wonder for the special strengths that our child may have.
