Safety procedures when visiting our clinic

We are open for limited face to face consultation and therapy. Remote services are available online or via tele consultation.
In line with MOH’s guidelines on safe resumption of services in Phase 3, the  following are the policy we undertake to ensure your safety as you visit our clinic:

Compulsory screening at the door before entering the clinic premises.

Mandatory SafeEntry or TraceTogether check-in

Masks have to be worn at all times throughout the visit

Observe safe distancing

Maximum 2 caregivers allowed into the clinic

Travel / Contact History & Symptoms

Please inform our staff if you:

Have travelled to any country outside of Singapore within the last 14 days

Feel unwell - sore throat, fever, cough, breathlessness, runny nose

Had close contact with someone infected with COVID-19.

Are currently serving a Quarantine Order or Stay Home Notice

Note: Under the Infectious Disease Act, it is a chargeable offence to withhold or provide false
information about your travel history and medical symptoms.
